1. What personal information we collect

The following types of personal information (“Personal Information”) may be collected automatically by GrabALatte, inputted by you, or collected by your GrabALatte Subscriber in the course of your interactions with the Software. The GrabALatte Subscriber is the organization that has arranged your GrabALatte User Account. For example, it may be your employer, channel partner, or learning provider (GrabALatte Subscriber”).

Account Profile Information:

We collect the following information to allow us to create your user account to give you access to the Software:

• Name
• Job title
• Contact information, including e-mail address & address
• Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

Information you provide through the use of the Software:

As a result of your use and interactions with the Software, you may provide Personal Information, which we will collect and store. Other users within your GrabALatte Subscriber Account may share Personal Information about you, such as your name or e-mail address. Examples of ways you may interact with Software features (collectively known as “Feature Interactions”) include:

• Messages you exchange*
• Content interactions such as views and comments
• Event location, registration, and attendance details*
• Posts you make in forums*
• The information you provide in forms*
• Answers you give to quiz questions
• Leaderboard position*

Through your Feature Interactions, please be aware that other users of the Software may see any Personal Information you share, and we may not be able to remove this personal information upon request. If we can't remove this Personal Information, we will tell you why.

Device information:

GrabALatte will collect information about the device you use to access the Software, which may include:

• IP address
• device hardware type
• device operating system
• device browser type
• device location

Information you provide via GrabALatte support channels:

From time to time, you may provide Personal Information to our support channels for the purpose of requesting our help to resolve an issue. Other users within your GrabALatte Subscriber Account may also provide Personal Information about you for the same purpose. This information may include:

• Name
• E-mail address
• Phone number
• Screenshots
• Other information necessary to diagnose a problem and provide a resolution

Information you provide through the GrabALatte website:

Through your use of the GrabALatte website, we may collect the following types of Personal Information:

• URL
• Name
• E-mail address
• Company name
• Other information provided in the course of providing feedback or completing a survey

Other information we collect:

Through your use of the Software, we track how you interact with the Software, such as what content you view or what actions you perform. Your GrabALatte Subscriber may collect additional Personal Information about you without the knowledge or authorization of GrabALatte. You should seek advice from your GrabALatte Subscriber regarding their privacy and security policies.

Use of cookies:

A cookie is a small file that asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added, and the cookie helps analyze web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes, and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyze data about web page traffic and improve our website to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis, and then the data is removed from the system.

Overall, cookies help us provide a better website by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. A cookie does not give us access to your computer or any information about you other than the data you choose to share with us.

• To provide account analytics information for your GrabALatte Subscriber

• To periodically send informational or promotional emails about new products, special offers, educational blogs, or other information we think you may find interesting using the e-mail address that you have provided.
• Occasionally, we may also use your Personal Information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by e-mail, phone, fax, mail, or within the GrabALatte app. We may use the Personal Information to customize our website and platform according to your interests.
• Your Personal Information is ONLY used for GrabALatte marketing purposes and will not be shared with third parties other than your GrabALatte Subscriber.

Legal Basis for Processing (EEA Users):

If you are an individual in the European Economic Area (EEA), the grounds for collecting and processing your Personal Information depends on the context in which you are providing the information, but in general, we collect your Personal Information:

• To provide the service we have been contracted to provide
• To allow us to properly and appropriately administer the Software and to protect the safety and security of the Services
• To provide you with customer support and a personalized experience
• To detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues
• To protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of GrabALatte, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law
• Where the processing of the information is in our or a third party’s legitimate interest (which is not overridden by your data protection interests)
• In certain circumstances where we have a legal obligation to collect the information
• You have given us consent to do so. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at privacy@GrabALatte.io.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

GrabALatte utilizes the services of several third-party service providers (“Partner Providers”) to deliver and support the Software. Examples of how these third-party applications are used are:

• The hosting of and storage of data
• To provide account analytics information for your GrabALatte Subscriber
• To improve our products and services.
• To periodically send informational or promotional emails about new products, special offers, educational blogs, or other information we think you may find interesting using the e-mail address that you have provided.
• Occasionally, we may also use your Personal Information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by e-mail, phone, fax, mail, or within the GrabALatte app. We may use the Personal Information to customize our website and platform according to your interests.
• Your Personal Information is ONLY used for GrabALatte marketing purposes and will not be shared with third parties other than your GrabALatte Subscriber.

Legal Basis for Processing (EEA Users):

If you are an individual in the European Economic Area (EEA), the grounds for collecting and processing your Personal Information depends on the context in which you are providing the information, but in general, we collect your Personal Information:

• The hosting of and storage of data
• The provision of support services, including support ticket management
• The processing of e-mail messages from the Software
• The provision of content creation and collation functions

GrabALatte promises to ensure that all Partner Providers we engage with have privacy and security procedures and policies of at least the same standards promised in this Privacy Policy.

You or your GrabALatte Subscriber may also choose to connect with third-party apps, widgets, or social media providers via APIs to add new functionality to the Software. This may give the third-party apps access to your Personal Information. GrabALatte has no control over or visibility of these third-party apps' privacy and security policies and procedures. Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not cover how they use your Personal Information. Please refer to these third-party apps to learn about their privacy and security policies.

4. How long do we keep personal information?

GrabALatte will endeavor to only keep your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Software and Services to you and your GrabALatte Subscriber. When your Account Profile is deactivated, we will delete any information that is not essential to maintaining the integrity of the Services for the GrabALatte Subscriber. Where information cannot be deleted, we will anonymize the data where possible.

Circumstances where we may need to retain information include where we need to keep information to:

• meet or enforce our contractual obligations
• comply with our legal obligations
• to resolve disputes
• to support our business operations.
  • For example, you have sent messages to team members that need to be retained for the benefit of remaining members.
• To develop and improve our services

In any of these circumstances, we will anonymize information and isolate it from further use wherever possible until it may be possible to delete it.

5. Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have established suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

We restrict access to personal information to GrabALatte employees, contractors, and agents who need that information in order to process it. Anyone with this access is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

6. Links to other websites

Our Software and its content may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information you provide while visiting such sites. This privacy statement does not govern such sites. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question

7. Controlling your personal information

You have the right to access your personal information and control it in the following ways:

• You may request details of personal data that we hold about you.
• You may request that certain personal information be updated or amended. For example, any details in your Account Profile that are incorrect, such as name or e-mail address
• You may request to have your user account deactivated
• You may request that certain information be deleted
• You may request that we stop sending you marketing or other communications

We will endeavor to do so if you request your personal information to be deleted wherever possible. There are circumstances where deletion of your data is not possible, as it will affect our ability to maintain the integrity of the Services for the GrabALatte Subscriber.

We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are legally required.

We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties that you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

If you believe any information we hold on you needs to be corrected or completed, please contact your GrabALatte Subscriber administrator or GrabALatte directly at privacy@GrabALatte.io. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

8. Transferring of your information internationally

GrabALatte provides its Software and Services to many countries throughout the world. The data and Personal Information we collect are securely stored primarily in a United States location with a Partner Provider. This means if you reside outside the United States, your Personal Information is transferred internationally. You can be assured the security and integrity of your Personal Information is of paramount importance, and the security and privacy procedures of our Partner Provider are of the highest standard and comply with the regulations of the European Union.
